Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder Prices Have Been Announced By Toyota

Toyota has revealed the prices for the top four trims that will be available on the Urban Cruiser Hyryder. The prices for the remaining trims will be revealed in phases as soon as the details are known.

The price of the brand’s latest offering, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, has been announced by Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM). According to the Auto Today’s first-drive review of the SUV, a price range of Rs 15.11 lakh to Rs 18.99 lakh has been announced for the top four trims of the SUV, with prices ranging between Rs 15.11 lakh and Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

As a competitor to Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, which have dominated the Korean SUV segment for the last few years, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder was unveiled in July of this year. A split headlamp and taillamp setup is used on the SUV, which boasts clean lines and a muscular appearance. Featuring a 4,365mm long body, 1,795mm wide, 1,635mm high, and a 2,600mm wheelbase, the SUV rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.

Atul Sood, Associate Vice President of Sales and Strategic Marketing at TKM, commented on the announcement, “We are truly humbled and honoured to have received such a positive response for the Urban Cruiser Hyryder and we are grateful that our customers have trusted Toyota with their trust and faith. The price for the Urban Cruiser Hyryder will be announced in stages today. The remaining grades will be announced shortly.

Prices of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder (ex-showroom):

The S eDrive 2WD Hybrid costs Rs 15.11 lakh.

The G eDrive 2WD Hybrid costs Rs 17.49 lakh.

The V eDrive 2WD Hybrid costs Rs 18.99 lakh

The V AT 2WD Neo Drive costs Rs 17.09 lakh.

Two variants of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder are available, a strong-hybrid e-drive and a mild-hybrid Neo Drive, which is available in 2WD or AWD. A 1.5-litre petrol engine and an electric motor combine to produce 116 bhp, with the ICE generating 92 bhp and 122 nm of torque, and the electric motor generating 80 bhp and 141 nm of torque respectively. E-drive transmission transmits power to the front wheels. According to Toyota, the efficiency figure is 27.97 kmpl.

The mild-hybrid Toyota is called Neo Drive. It has a 1.5-litre engine with 102bhp and 135Nm of torque, and it comes with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Only the manual transmission is available with AWD.

There are many features inside the Toyota Hyryder SUV, including a digital instrument panel, a 9-inch infotainment screen, automatic climate control, wireless charger, ventilated front seats, head-up displays, rear aircon vents, reclining rear seats, auto-dimming IRVMs, and more. There are also connected car features on offer with the Toyota i-Connet, including location-based information, remote vehicle start, AC control, and a 360-degree camera view. A panoramic roof is also available.

Prices for the other trims will be announced in phases later.
