In this scheme, students are provided with financial assistance to cover education-related expenses. In addition to scholarship schemes, this program includes financial aid programs. Students of Bihar who wish to pursue higher education after graduating from 12th grade can apply for the credit card scheme. Student loans are available through this scheme at 4% interest rates, and 1% of the interest must be paid by the student.

This scheme can be applied for online by students who wish to benefit from it. The students should have a maximum age of 25 and a minimum age of 18 years. It is mandatory for students to reside in Bihar to be eligible for the scheme.

When applying for the scheme, students must possess a government-issued Aadhar card, proof of higher education, a PAN card, an educational certificate, two photos of the student’s parents, and the mobile number of a guarantor.
