Trains, cabs, and buses are the most common means of transportation in Mumbai towards South Mumbai. From Dadar railway station, you can take a taxi to Prabha Devi if you wish to reach Siddhivinayak temple through local trains. It is also possible to walk from the station to the temple. It takes just 15 minutes to walk from Dadar station to the temple.

Opening hours of Siddhivinayak Temple are 5:30am to 9:50pm. This time is suitable for devotees who wish to get darshan at the temple. Tuesdays are the busiest days at Siddhivinayak temple. Be prepared for a crowd at the temple on Tuesday if you intend to go.

Siddhivinayak Temple: How to enter

Siddhivinayak temple has two entrances. Using Siddhi Dwar or Riddhi Dwar, you can access the temple. You can enter for free from Siddhi Gate, but it is very crowded there. Riddhi Gate is less congested at the same time. This gate requires an entrance fee for entry to the temple. This option of paying money for darshan can be adopted if you don’t have much time and don’t want to wait in long lines.  Additionally, those with disabilities, minority groups, mothers with small children, and NRIs are given special access.
