Our supplier diversity efforts

________________________________________

We are continually working to promote and facilitate diverse supplier engagement as a component of our overall corporate responsibility (CR) efforts. Our most up-to-date efforts and results can be found in our Comprehensive Report, located in our CR hub.

Our efforts also include engagement with external advocacy groups, including U.S government agencies, and membership in:

Through these partnerships, we often participate in conferences and outreach events, support supplier development activities, tool development, enable best practice sharing, access diverse supplier databases, and build diverse supplier awareness of our procurement opportunities.

"One of the most rewarding aspects of working with our teams, suppliers and other partners to advance diversity is the collective understanding that diversity brings value. We all have important roles to play, and the sum of our efforts can be transformational."
